The food was delicious. We ordered Butter Chicken, Lamb biryani and Tika Masada. Everything was super tasty and nice portion too.
We really like House of India! We’ve been here for the lunch buffet and for dinner, and were very pleased both times our food, selections. Their chicken dishes are moist and flavorful. Today I had their Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken, and Cabbage Fry and couldn’t stop eating… in a good way! If you like Indian food, Definitely check them out!
We ordered the food online on their website for pickup. Very easy and quick process. They have a lot of good deals. When we showed up early our food was already waiting for us. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We had a nice small chat with one person while another person found and confirmed our order. The food was tasty and the portions were good. We ended up having leftovers for lunch the next day and it was still plenty tasty.
This place has incredible food, a great atmosphere, and affordable prices. The service is always fantastic, warm and welcoming. We come here regularly for the brunch buffet, and on Fridays and Saturdays they offer dinner buffets too. The spread never disappoints. Great for vegetarians and meat eaters, there is something for everyone! I highly recommend supporting this Ashland gem!!!
Delicious lunch buffet $15.00 from 11am to 2:30pm. Friday & Saturday dinner buffet from 5pm to 9pm. Large variety of India cuisine and alcohol available. I really enjoyed the Mango Fruit Salad.
I had dinner at the restaurant on Sunday, January 5, 2025. I had the mixed tandoori, and it was perhaps the best tandoori I ever had. To be honest, coming from Fremont - nicknamed Indiatown - in the Bay Area of San Francisco, I had not expected the food to be this good. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Indian food.
